At Barefoot Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural movement experience. If your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
